Completed in 2005 and built with alumni funds, the Beyster Building is the home of the Computer Science & Engineering division, and a destination for events on North Campus. Featuring a spacious four-story atrium along with 100,000 square feet of lab, office, and meeting space, the Beyster Building encourages and precipitates interaction, creativity, and collaboration. It is next to other College of Engineering buildings on North Campus and across from The Grove, a 4-acre area surrounding the Lurie Bell Tower.
