Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, Joan and Sanford Weill Hall opened as the home of the Ford School of Public Policy in August 2006. The 85,000-square-foot building is on the northeast corner of State and Hill streets offers, just down the street from the Law Quad. It has state-of-the-art classrooms, event spaces, and comfortable niches for student-faculty study and collaboration. has

Home of the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, the school was named for the 38th president of the United States, U-M alumus Gerald R. Ford.
